Since I could not get the Fire Burner Program to burn a PSX game from scratch, I am putting this up to explain how to burn an image that is already in bin/cue format

1.  Open Fire Burner:

2. Select Visual Cue.

3. Select Add to CD Layout.... Load Bin/Cue.

4. Select Action Burn.
